At Tunehouse we want you to be 100% satisfied with your dealings with us. This includes complete satisfaction with any parts purchased.
If we have made an error with any item we’ve shipped to you, then we would appreciate you return the incorrect item in as new condition, and we’ll ship the correct item as soon as feasible (additional freight costs incurred will be covered by us).
We will always endeavour to help ensure you acquire the right items for your vehicle, but on the off chance you’ve purchased something in error we will generally exchange it for the correct item. Please note however that special orders, custom manufactured items or software (such as but not limited to tuned files for an engine or transmission ECU) are not returnable. Additionally, a restocking fee may apply to any items returned as per our “Terms & Conditions” elsewhere on this site and any additional freight costs will be at your expense.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind – please place your order carefully.
