Reedy on OzMPS Forums…
Got her done yesterday, the guys at Tunehouse seem to love staying back way past beer o clock to work their magic! I will let results speak for themselves.
279Nm @ 3214RPM
152kW @ 5725 RPM
After:
401Nm spike (380Nm effective imo) @ 3035RPM
203kW @ 5284RPM
In other words, more than 30% more power and torque. That is a big jump. More power across the board is handy, by far the biggest difference is the sharper throttle response in 1st and 2nd. You REALLY need to respect the amount of power this car has now.
It’s simply way too fast now to take advantage of on public roads, check back with me after i’ve tracked it. You can’t appreciate the faster acceleration for any more than a couple of seconds without going orders of magnitude over the speedlimit. There is a time and a place for that and on public roads with people around isn’t it.

hey guys,
i have just had my car tuned by the guys at Tunehouse and wanted to post the results -needless to say, im very happy with the results.
222kw atw and just under 400nm torque.
the car is much faster, keeps pulling hard to redline.
doesnt run out of puff in the higher revs. earlier gears are much better too, power feels like its on tap. throttle response is excellent.
wheelspin isnt as much an issue as i expected, as the power seems to come on smoother (as opposed to 3rd/4th gear being the strongest). i think my ad08 tyres and 18×8 wheels will reduce this further once they are fitted. got tein ss coilovers on their way too.
my car is loud as all hell now, the turbo whines loud too. love it.
as for tunehouse, there were a few hiccups initially with the software but to their credit they got it resolved and i appreciate the work they put into the car to get it right.
would happily recommend them in future and ill be doing further work with them im sure.

Once again thanks to the guys at Tunehouse
I got a Certificate for the upgrades on the car and ecu tek tune for proof of whats been done on the car and by who and the service printout was very well detailed .
Ill be going back to these guys for all my services for now on. Like somene else had mentioned on here before … Their workshop is so spotless and clean . I didnt even see any grease on the floor !!!!! ,lol now if they can keep their workshop looking like that then they must take pride in there apperance as well as there workmanship.
Not to mention all the high performance cars they had in the drivway all line up for something good to be done .
Hi Jim,
A quick note ,so as to thank both yourself and your staff for the most professional and courtious attention given to myself last week. My car (MPS3 Gen 2) now feels as though it is a different animal altogether. The Ecuteck tuning has totally transformed this car and I can not tell you how appreciative I am for your time spent in getting this tune absolute perfect.
Tunehouse was highly recommended to myself and a round trip of approx 2200 klms was required for my appointment, and this trip proved to be absolutely warranted as your shop, staff and your knowledge proved to be excellent. Gains of approx 30% in both Atw HP and torque are fantastic.
I can now see the benefits in using the best voted workshop in Australia and would have no hesitation in recommending.
Many Many thanks.
Yours Sincerely.
Paul Smetana.
