I just wanted to drop you a quick Email to express how happy I am with the work you and your team did on my SSV Sportswagon on the October 17th. On the two occasions I visited the shop to discuss options for the vehicle (before committing to the job) I was struck by the promptness and courtesy displayed by every member of staff I came into contact with. My thanks to Tony for his patience and professionalism when I first made contact with your shop. It was great to have someone with Tony’s obvious expertise, listen carefully as I explained what I wanted to achieve with my vehicle and then have him provide the right advise to make it all happen. Your workshop is the most immaculately presented and impressive workplace I have ever seen. The level of care I observed being taken with your client’s vehicles was second to none. It was these factors combined that convinced me that “Tunehouse” was the place for my car.
As for the work on my car, in the space of one day, you and your team turned my vehicle into precisely what I wanted. It looks and sounds perfect with a new level of performance I wouldn’t have thought possible. In the month since the work has been done the vehicle has performed flawlessly and is now even running more fuel efficiently!
Jim, as I said to you on completion of the work, Tony and your team of specialists are a credit to you and to your industry.
