Dennis’s Tunehouse story…

Hi Jim,

Just wanted to thank you again for the work you did on my car yesterday. The level of service was very honest, professional and the result was excellent.

My story….
I currently drive a factory BA XR6 Turbo that has about 39,000km on the clock. In the last couple of months the car was just not running as smoothly as it should.
I had taken it to a Ford Servicing Centre to try and diagnose the issue. Unfortunately they were not able to locate the problem.

I came across Tunehouse through word of mouth. I did a little research online and their customer feedback was excellent, so decided to give them a go.

Yesterday I dropped off the car for a diagnostic check. I was greeted by Jim and was told exactly what would be done. At the end of day I received a call from Jim personally to tell me that the car had been repaired and was ready to be picked up. When I arrived Jim told me what the issues were and how they were rectified.

As I drove off I was quite surprised by the increase in performance. It actually drove better than ever before.

I am very happy with the level of service received and would have no problem in recommending Tunehouse to anyone.
